Voice plates

Voice plates are necessary parts of the accordion. With new knowledge in a technology of precision cutting, profile cutting, electrospark wire machining, semi-automatic tuning the voice plates are produced for all accordions and harmonicas.

Melting

For melting we use two medium frequency induction furnaces by the Turkish company EGES with the capacity of 4 t. Material is charged by the vibrating carriage which is shared by both furnaces. Casting weight is 0,5 - 20 kg.
